I transplanted an African Violet into a little larger pot. It's doing very well, however the leaves are reaching up to the sun. I was wondering if I could take a couple of leaves and just put them in the same pot to grow a healthier and fuller plant on the bottom. There are new leaves coming in on the top, but the bottom is kind of bare. My African Violet is not blooming either. I recently bought African Violet plant food, so I'm hoping that will help. Any answers will be appreciated. Thank you!!

I have three beautiful African Violets all from the same plant. They are about 13 years old and now I am noticing very minute insects that fly. I cannot see them on the flowers but am noticing them on my window ceil behind my drapes. How can I get ride of them.
These violets bloom all year round and I would hate to loose them.

Thank you,

Ann Marie
